With a length of 850 mm, this model goes beyond the usual dimensions.
Challenge for experts: With 550 pieces and level 5, this kit is demanding. It requires experience, but rewards with museum quality.
Attention to detail: From the characteristic lifeboats to the expansive promenade decks to the striking chimney - everything is accurately reproduced.
Textured surfaces: The hull and superstructure are finely engraved and perfectly capture the power of the original.
Clear view: Transparent parts for the glazed protective walls and window fronts ensure a realistic look.
Building the Queen Mary 2 is a journey in itself. You start with the massive hull, construct the complex deck structures and work your way down to the finest details such as the radar antennas and pools. The four propulsion nacelles (pods), which accelerate the original to over 29 knots, are particularly technically sophisticated. When you have completed this model, you will not only have a replica of a ship, but a monument to modern engineering.
