Mr. Cement S is a "BRUSH ON" type low viscosity cement. It dries faster than MC124/MC127 Mr. Cement, so it is suitable for attaching fragile pastic parts together quickly. You must put together the plastic parts, and then brush on this cement on the gap between the two parts.
Note *** Plastic Model Kits do not come with Glue & Paints unless stated otherwise.
