Lower surface color in the Temperate Land Scheme applied to RAF operational aircraft from August 1940 until August 1941 (fighters)/end of World War II (day bombers except for Mosquito). Lower surface color in the later version of the Temperate Sea Scheme applied to Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm aircraft from ca. September 1940 until the end of World War II and to RAF Coastal Command operational aircraft (except for Whitley, Wellington and Liberator) from August 1941 until February 1943 (again used in one of the specified schemes from March 1944 until the end of World War II).
Tailband color in the Day Fighter Scheme applied to RAF day fighters from August 1941 until 1947. Lower surface color of RN FAA aircraft from the end of World War II until the late 1950s. One of the upper surface colors in the IAF (Israeli Air Force) standard desert scheme used from 1980 (delivery of the first F-16s) until 2020s (F-16A/B/C/D/I, F-15I, late Kfir C2s & C7s).
High quality lacquer based paint with a chemical formula superior to other brands in the market.
The Military Range covers both the aircraft and AFV colors from the 1930s to the present day. Many of them are referenced to the RAL, Federal Standard or British Standard color systems, whilst the others are based on the period color samples or reproduced original formulas.
Flows smoothly in an airbrush; adheres to the surface and dries perfectly with a soft finish. Holds firmly all kind of weathering products.
May be diluted with RC701/RC702 High Compatibility Thinner or other thinners intended for lacquer based paints.
