Standard overall color of IJN (Imperial Japanese Navy) aircraft in use from 1937 to 1940; applied to fabric surfaces until 1945. A fair match to FS 36307, one of the colors used in the so-called Ghost Scheme of the HAF (Hellenic Air Force) introduced in the late 1980s (F-16C/D, F-4E, F-5A/B).
A fair match to FS 36307, one of the colors used in the so-called Heather-Ferris Scheme evaluated by the US Navy in 1983-1984.
High quality lacquer based paint with a chemical formula superior to other brands in the market.
The Military Range covers both the aircraft and AFV colors from the 1930s to the present day. Many of them are referenced to the RAL, Federal Standard or British Standard color systems, whilst the others are based on the period color samples or reproduced original formulas.
Flows smoothly in an airbrush; adheres to the surface and dries perfectly with a soft finish. Holds firmly all kind of weathering products.
May be diluted with RC701/RC702 High Compatibility Thinner or other thinners intended for lacquer based paints.
