Replaces RC044
Used as the base color of British Army vehicles in North Africa and Middle East (and later Italy) from April 1943. It remained in use during the operations in Italy until the end of war, although in 1944 newly delivered vehicles to this area often retained the US Olive Drab overall finish or (since April 1944) the S.C.C. No.15 Olive Drab finish with or without patterning.
High quality lacquer based paint with a chemical formula superior to other brands in the market.
The Military Range covers both the aircraft and AFV colors from the 1930s to the present day. Many of them are referenced to the RAL, Federal Standard or British Standard color systems, whilst the others are based on the period color samples or reproduced original formulas.
Flows smoothly in an airbrush; adheres to the surface and dries perfectly with a soft finish. Holds firmly all kind of weathering products.
May be diluted with RC701/RC702 High Compatibility Thinner or other thinners intended for lacquer based paints.
Note *** Plastic Model Kits do not come with Glue & Paints unless stated otherwise.
