Returns

DO NOT RETURN ANYTHING UNTIL YOU HAVE CONTACTED US FIRST
If the item is unsuitable (wrong scale etc) please do not break the seal or open the packaging as we cannot then re-sell the item.
If you wish to return anything then please let us know within 14 days of receipt, informing us as to the reason for return and we will advise accordingly. (In reality we bend over backwards for our customers and will always be as flexible as we can).
If the order containing the item was UK and "free delivery" then if the return / credit value brings the order value under the £35 free delivery level then the delivery charge will be deducted from the credited value.

For faulty items we will refund return postage costs / provide returns label,
PLEASE NEVER EVER SEND ANY BOXED ITEM BACK TO US IN A JIFFY / PADDED ENVELOPE AS IT WILL BE CRUSHED AND USELESS.
