July 12th 2025:
On the whole the transistion to the new site has been good, with a lot of customer input to that effect.
We have had some email issues with some customers providers not being able to send to us, this is now fixed as of Today 5pm.
With RIAT coming up this is going to be a busy week!
Thank you all for your patience in the last couple of weeks and note that all orders are still being shipped within one working day as all but 2 have been during the transition.

July 2025:
Our website is now back and accepting orders. In a nutshell our last sites hardware just died, corrupting data. That site was 23 years old and in that time had 4 new servers. We had all the site backed up but due to the very old code it would not work on modern platforms. It was full of depreciated functions and we tried to re-write it but it was too much of a task and time for a new website.

We have decided to start from afresh and that means there are no old customer accounts or orders. There are several reasons for this, mainly the volume of data and orders spanning back 23 years was just to full of bad, old and corrupted information.

Loyalty Discount: Unfortunately we do not have this function at the moment, or usable data for the last 12 months, but will return as soon as we can get this code written. So instead to make up for this in the short term everyone gets the 10% off orders over £50 which is automatically applied at checkout. (In a single order / transaction).

International Orders:
We currently do not have any overseas shipment methods set up. These will follow shortly.

Please bear with us as we get everything back up and running and hope the new site will offer advantages the old one just did not.
