Comments:
"Revell Airbrush Masking Film" is trimmed to shape with the scalpel after it is stuck down. This ensures that the colours are well applied with sharp edges and do not run. The colour is applied precisely where it is intended because the rest of the surface is protected by the film. When working with masking film it is important to practise sticking it down beforehand and to ensure that the paint is completely dry before any film is applied over it. "Revell Airbrush Masking Film" is flexible enough to be stretched over curved surfaces.

UK Model Shop for Revell Scale Model Plastic Kits, Paints and Accessories. available by mail order or collect in store.
The history of Revell is also the story of a great passion that took hold of America in the mid 1940s. Founded in 1943 in the US state of California, Revell Inc. Production started in Venice, close to LA. Plastic toys, accessories for dolls' houses and toy washing machines were the top sellers at that time. It was not until 1947 that the company's founder, Lewis H. Glaser, hit on the idea of assembling a scale model car from several plastic parts. This marks the birth of plastic model building. As early as 1956 the enthusiasm for the new hobby crossed the Atlantic and revolutionized the leisure time activities of countless hobbyists and collectors.
