ORDERS - IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
OUTSIDE
THE UK ORDERS USING CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS / PAYPAL
Postage costs and options are viewable at the bottom of your shopping cart before and at checkout.

On very rare occasions the checkout shipping options and costs may be incorrect due to abnormal weights or box sizes preventing shipping via normal airmail and we will contact you if this is the case before charging your card etc.
We do not ship orders via Fedex etc only UK Post Airmail and Parcelforce. Not Surface mail or Second Class.
We may run extra security checks on some orders and this may delay the shipping by a day or two
INTERNATIONAL Orders Information
If you select not
insured for your order and the parcel is lost in the post then we will not be
able to refund you for your order or give you a tracking number as UK not insured
parcels do not have a tracking number.
We do not ship orders via Fedex, UPS etc only Post and Parcelforce.
We cannot alter the "customs declared" value or mark as "Gift" to
avoid the payment of import duty on your order that may be charged in some countries,
we appreciate that some countries charges are very high but to declare a incorrect
value would be fraudulant and we cannot do it, sorry about this. The only option
if your order is over your countries import duty level is to place more than
one order at smaller values, the slight increase in postage costs would be small
compared to the duty you may need to pay.
VAT (UK Tax)
Free Orders
All orders outside the UK are now (from 1st Jan 2021) VAT Free.
You may need to pay VAT or Import Duty on delivery of your order. This is outside our control and different per country.
All parcels are packed to a high standard with plenty of "void fill" to ensure safe transit and never sent "loose" or in brown paper.
