UK Orders

UK orders are either despatched by City Link or Recorded Post dependant on weight, the method and date will be advised to you on despatch.
As our stock quantities are "live" so any order placed will be despatched to the schedule below (if no problems with the order details entered).
If your parcel is sent via City Link and a valid e-mail address is supplied then you will receive confirmation of despatch along with the tracking number so that you can view the progress of your delivery here:

Overseas Orders

Overseas orders delivery charges are dependant on weight  / country and will be quoted accordingly for insured and non-insured options.
As we need confirmation of postage costs before despatching your order then the schedule below can be followed using the day you confirmed as the order date.
We despatch overseas orders via Post Office Small Packets for orders up to 2kg and over this by Parcelforce Courier which has insurance included, as these are the most cost effective methods. We do not use UPS, Fedex etc as these serices are usualy double the cost of the above service.

Despatch Schedule

UK City Link orders should be with you within 2 days of the despatch date that will be advised to you via e-mail. If not then please use the tracking info contained in your "confirmation of despatch" e-mail or contact us.
UK Recorded Post orders should be with you in 3 days.
International Orders Even though most European orders are received in 3 to 8 days and Worldwide orders between 5 and 14 days if there is a delay in receiving the order we cannot do anything until 28 days has elapsed from the date the order was sent.

Returns

DO NOT RETURN ANYTHING UNTIL YOU HAVE CONTACTED US FIRST
If the item is unsuitable (wrong scale etc) please do not break the seal or open the packaging as we cannot then re-sell the item.
If you wish to return anything then please let us know within 7 days of receipt, informing us as to the reason for return and we will advise accordingly. (In reality we bend over backwards for our customers and will always be as flexible as we can).
If the order containing the item was UK and "free delivery" then if the return / credit value brings the order value under the £60 free delivery level then the delivery charge will be deducted from the credited value.
PLEASE NEVER EVER SEND ANY BOXED ITEM BACK TO US IN A JIFFY / PADDED ENVELOPE AS IT WILL BE CRUSHED AND USELESS.
