INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

OUTSIDE THE UK ORDERS USING CREDIT / DEBIT CARDS
On receipt of your order we will advise you of postage charges both insured and not insured via e-mail (withing usualy 1 working day)
We do not charge your credit / debit card until postage has been confirmed from yourself by e-mail.
Upon receipt of your acceptance of postal charges and insured or not we will then charge your credit card (and ship your order) and advise you by e-mail of despatch / order totals. If you are outside the EEC we will take this into account and remove any UK VAT (tax) where applicable.
If the postage costs are too high please just reply to our e-mail that you wish to cancel the order and we will do so, no charges will have been made to your card.

If you select not insured for your order and the parcel is lost in the post then we will not be able to refund you for your order or give you a tracking number as UK not insured parcels do not have a tracking number or receipt.
We do not ship orders via Fedex, UPS etc only Post and Parcelforce.

OUTSIDE THE UK ORDERS USING PAYPAL / REGISTERED CASH / INTERNATIONAL GIROs
Please do not send any payment until we have advised you of the postage costs.
On receipt of your order we will advise you of postage charges both insured and not insured via e-mail (usualy within 1 working day) and if you are outside the EEC the revised goods total after any UK VAT reductions.
If the postage costs are too high please just reply to our e-mail that you wish to cancel the order and we will do so.
Paypal - Go to your Paypal account - click on send money - enter our paypal address of sales@modelsforsale.com - enter the total - select "goods other" and in the comments box please enter your order number as found in your order confirmation - e-mail and then send the payment.

We cannot alter the "customs declared" value or mark as "Gift" to avoid the payment of import duty on your order that may be charged in some countries, we appreciate that some countries charges are very high but to declare a incorrect value would be fraudulant and we cannot do it, sorry about this. The only option if your order is over your countries import duty level is to place more than one order at smaller values, the slight increase in postage costs would be small compared to the duty you may need to pay.

VAT (UK Tax) Free Orders
If the shipping destination of your order is outside the EU Countries, Currently:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Scotland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Wales.
The UK VAT rate of 17.5% will not be included in the cost of any items with a date of "New" excluding books. We will deduct this from your card prior to it being charged and advise you of the reduction on completion of your order via e-mail and will be detailed on your invoice included in your parcel. This applies to the Channel Islands as well.

All parcels are packed to a high standard with plenty of "void fill" to ensure safe transit and never sent "loose" or in brown paper.

FYI To calculate a value without the Tax divide the value by 1.175, (do not remove 17.5% as this is incorrect) this will then give you the pre-vat price
